Recently our office experienced a power outage. Even though we could not do work on our computer, at least we can check our emails via the hand phone. Besides that, luckily we have installed 2 units of 7AH backup battery to our pabx system. So our office telephones still working. If not, the business traffic will certainly leave us behind.

How do you take care of the backup batteries for the pabx system?

Do not do this:

• Do not short-circuit because it may cause acute or terrible damage to the backup battery.
• Do not drop or hit the backup battery. It may expose the cell contents.
• Do not expose the battery to moisture or rain.

Keep battery away from fire or other sources of extreme heat. Exposure of battery to extreme heat may result in explosion.
